Returns:
Items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items after 30 days from the purchase date.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at westofthewaveinfo@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.
Lost or Missing Packages:
If you receive a delivery notification stating that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at westofthewaveinfo@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package and determining the next steps.
